General duties: The zoning administrator reviews permit applications and administers permits per the Unified Development Bylaw.
Term: Appointed by the planning commission with the approval of the Selectboard for a three-year term.
Contact the zoning administrator about: Building and land development permits, road access permits, Certificate of Completion (when permitted work is complete), Certificate/Verification of Compliance (typically for a real estate transaction or financing), and questions about zoning regulations.
