Reappraisal: The New England Municipal Resource Center (NEMRC) completed a town-wide reappraisal for April 1, 2025. General duties: The listers maintain the Grand List, a list of the assessed value of all real estate within the town, along with homestead declarations and exemptions. Membership: Three members; one member is elected annually for a three-year term. Contact the listers about: property inspections and/or how your property is appraised. Ripton Grand List: Grand lists are permanent records. The grand list is available electronically upon request.
