General duties: The listers maintain the Grand List, a list of the assessed value of all real estate within the town, along with homestead declarations and exemptions.
Membership: Three members; one member is elected annually for a three-year term.
Contact the listers about: property inspections and/or how your property is appraised.
Reappraisal: The last town-wide reappraisal was in 2011. A reappraisal will start in 2024 and finish for the 2025 Grand List.
Ripton Grand List:  Grand lists are permanent records. The grand list is available electronically upon request.
